A Safe, Compassionate Space
My priority is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported – where the focus is on you.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or periods of deep uncertainty, my role is to walk beside you with empathy and care, as we work together toward healing and greater self-understanding.
My Approach
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, both conscious and unconscious, that shape your experiences, and create space for new ways of coping, relating, and being.
You can read more about the therapeutic approaches I use [here].
Trauma-Informed & Lived Experience
I have a particular focus on trauma work and have supported clients who’ve experienced emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as developmental and relational trauma.
Alongside my clinical experience, I’m currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy with the Greenane Centre, deepening my understanding of how trauma affects the body, mind, and relationships.
My own lived experience with trauma allows me to approach this work with deep empathy and presence, helping you feel safe as we explore difficult emotions and memories at a pace that feels right for you.
I understand what it’s like to carry pain, and I also know that healing is possible.

A Bit About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in both retail management and healthcare – experiences that deepened my ability to connect with people from many walks of life.
I’ve been living in Ireland since 2014, having grown up in Croatia in the 1990s through times of uncertainty and change. Moving often and meeting diverse people along the way taught me how to truly listen, adapt, and hold space for different stories and perspectives – qualities that are now central to my work as a therapist.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP College and I’m a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I continuously engage in professional development with a focus on trauma-informed care, anxiety, emotional regulation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
For the past two years, I’ve worked with clients through the Village Counselling Service in Tallaght, supporting individuals with a wide range of challenges, from grief and depression to childhood trauma and relationship difficulties. I now also run a private practice in Naas, where I continue to offer a compassionate, client-centred approach to therapy.
If you’re seeking a therapist who brings both professional training and lived empathy to the work, I would be honoured to support you. No matter where you are in your journey, we can work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and whole.
Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.
